Previous winners of the Horners Award have received distinct marketing advantages as a result of the accolade, gaining increased press coverage through BPF Online which attracts over 4000 visitors a day, as a highlight in BPF newsletters, and extensive trade press coverage. | Winners will have their details engraved on the imposing "Horners Trophy" which resides in the BPF offices but is also taken to exhibitions and events. The winner of the 1st price will also receive an invitation to the prestigious Horners Banquet at Mansion House where they will be presented with a certificate and The Award by Rt. Hon. "We are absolutely delighted to have won the Horners Award, which we have always held in the highest regard. The 'Syclix' is predominantly made of plastic with much of it made up of precision injection moulded components so to be recognised for innovation in this area is just fantastic."
