Why Exhibit
The ARMO Conference is a truly global event and is consider the international event in the Rotamoulders’ calendars. Exhibiting allows you to get your product in front of key rotational moulding decision makers from across the globe. Exhibiting at such a major and prestigious event sets your company apart from the competition.
The Conference is organised in such a way as to provide ample opportunity for customers to network with exhibiters and browse their stands. Coffee and lunch will be served in close proximity to the exhibition areas, meaning that no break is wasted. Furthermore, the organisers fully expect to host 400 + delegates in Belfast.
The Package
The basic shell scheme consists of a 3m x 2m or a 2m x 2m stand, equipped with a power socket, light and company signage. Exhibiters will receive one free delegate pass. Additional delegate passes can be purchased at the low rate of £450 and additional ‘exhibitor passes’ can be purchased at the cost of £125. Please note, however, that exhibitor passes allow access to the exhibition area and entitle holders to lunch an coffee, but do not permit access to the conference auditorium.
NOTE: full conference delegate and exhibitor staff prices include entry to St Georges gala dinner
The Conference organisers will endeavour to accommodate non-shell scheme stands on request.

Exhibitor Space
Exhibitors should select first and second choices of exhibition space from the plans on the following pages. Exhibitors should be aware that exhibition space is also available on the ground floor. This space, however, is reserved for exhibitors wishing to bring heavy equipment such as Rotational Moulding Machinery. Plans and pricing for the ground floor are available on request by contacting Anthony Roberts (aroberts@bpf.co.uk, 00207 457 5043).
Plans on the website will be frequently updated to indicate which spaces have been reserved and which are available. The Conference organisers will make every effort to accommodate exhibitors’ first or second choice, where this is not possible the organisers will contact exhibitors to arrange a suitable alternative.
