Entertainment
The theme of the evening will be the 1930’s and a 3 piece band will play in the foyer and entrance. A magician will be on hand to wow diners with magic while hostesses dressed in Charleston wear will be serving drinks and guiding guests to main drinks area. The Charleston Girls will also be performing a version of the Charleston to open the evening.
Tables
Tickets are priced at £110.00 excluding VAT. Company tables, either round (8-12) or oval (more than 12) are available.
Menus & Wines
Copy of the menu and wine list will be sent out with your tickets. Please note Wine is not included in the ticket price.
Accommodation
A number of Rooms have been reserved at the Royal Lancaster Hotel at a special rate. Special Accommodation Rates form will be available upon receipt of Reservation Form and is to be completed and return directly to the Royal Lancaster Hotel Reservations Office. Entertainment Banqueting Suites

Cancellation
Written notification of any cancellation must be sent to The Events Team at the BPF no later than 28th September 2008. A full refund minus a 20% administration charge will be issued. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 28th September 2008. |
