We are a Swedish company developing high gain microwave antennas. It is of a unique design and can preferably be made by injection moulded ABS.
We are planning for an establishment of an assembly plant in the Kingston upon Hull/East Yorkshire area and are looking for subcontractors.
Initially we need the injection moulding tools to be made. The unit volume is approximately 1,270 cubic centimetres with a surface area of 25,400 square centimetres. Secondary we are looking for a suitable
subcontractor to manufacture these units.

I am attatching drawings for the plastics that we need.
For the first order, it is a simple box. We would need 3000 units to start with, asap. It would need screen printing; the text will be revised and in bi-lingual English-Spanish. We would like the following to be embossed on one lateral side of the box
We would like the boxes to be made in nightblue, if not available, similar colour (sample to be sent to us for confirmation). We have no drawing for the box, but it is a simple box, so we don't think this will be a problem.
We would need 500 (of each part) to start with, asap. The upper: no changes, in black, off-white (send us sample) or silver. The lower part: in transparent. Must have 4 prongs added into the mold to fit into backplate openings (fine slits of about 2mm. A copy can be sent out).
The backplate. to be made in plastic, to fit to teh lower part. We would like the following to be embossed on the sloping side of the upper part, at the bottom: And CE to be embossed on the lower part.

Must have 4 prongs added into the mold. The lower part: transparent 'border' - with enough depth so that the backplate cannot be seen when placed onto the wall. The backplate. to be made in plastic. We would like the following to be embossed at the bottom of the upper part
and in small. And CE to be embossed on the lower part.
Drawings are attached, as well as photos. Once an agreement has been reached, we can send out examples of the plastics we have, for easiness.
