If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include your order number, which you will be able to find in Your Account, linked from the top right-hand corner of the website.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return. This may take up to three weeks

CD products require an activation code before the CD is installed on a computer. Once the CD has been installed it is not returnable unless faulty. 

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
