Every Nampak milk bottle is a recycled plastic bottle!

Peter Davis, Director General, British Plastics Federation (BPF) said ‘the debate about packaging is incomplete and therefore ill informed. There are very good reasons why plastics packaging is used in the first place and these benefits have simply not been explored by the critics.

PLASTICS RECYCLING COUNCIL JOINS BPF
The Plastics Recycling Council has recently become an Affiliate Member of the British Plastics Federation. The  arrangement will allow the Recycling Council to benefit from a package of services provided by the BPF including provision of the Council’s Secretariat.

The British Plastics Federation welcomes the findings of the EU Commissions investigation into energy markets. The Federation wrote to the Competition Commissioner Neelie Kroes last summer, itemising concerns about the effect on the UK plastics industry of huge +50% increases in energy costs twelve months ago.

Round Table Discussion Held on Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF)
