BPF Recycling Group Annual Return Survey - Analysis of 2011 Data The 2011 Annual Return Survey was completed by approximately 87% of the BPF Recycling Group’s (BPFRG) membership by turnover. This annual survey obtains information and statistics on the total tonnage of plastics recovered by its members and is critical instrument to better understand the dynamics of the plastics recycling sector.
