How do I start?

Typically a Manufacturing Assessment or Benchmarking of the business to highlight strengths and weaknesses compared to best practice. This also helps understanding of the performance gaps, what is possible and to establish a strategy to deal with improvement opportunities. Value Stream Mapping can also help identify key improvement opportunities. PICME improvement engineers will lead your team through a focused improvement workshop or Masterclass to drive improvement into the business and establish a solid Continuous Improvement culture.
